PURPOSE AND EFFECT: PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the rule revision is to adopt the revised criteria and process that the Office of Early Learning will follow to begin a new VPK curriculum approval process that will update the current list of approved curricula and ensure the approved curricula used by Providers on Probation aligns with recently revised Early Learning and Developmental Standards: Four Years Old to Kindergarten.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The criteria and process for Office of Early Learning to approve curriculum to be utilized by VPK Providers on Probation.
