    FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)

    City of Orange City

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Orange City’s projects to add filtration to a well and the replacement of nearly 5 miles of water mains is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated construction cost is $7,471,669. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan comprised of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
