In accordance with Section 120.74, F.S. the Agency for Health Care Administration is filing this Notice of Extension for publishing a Notice of Proposed Rule as identified in the Agency’s 2023 Regulatory Plan. The Notice of Rule Development was published in Vol. 47, No. 57 of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR) on March 24, 2021. The Agency needs additional time to further develop and solicit public comment on the rules associated with this rulemaking effort.
