Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 50 No. 50, March 12, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE should have included the following:
The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: The proposed rule updates subdivision maps of the Orange Soil and Water Conservation District and removes two Districts that have been dissolved. There are no increased regulatory costs with these revisions. No interested party has submitted additional information regarding the economic impact.
