PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule development involves amendments to Chapter 62-210, F.A.C., related to implementation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agencys permitting requirements for Title V sources that are subject to the Clean Air Interstate Rule, Clean Air Mercury Rule, and Federal Acid Rain Program. There is no draft rule language available at this time; however, it is expected the department will post draft rule language at the following web site by May 2, 2007: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/Air/rules/regulatory.htm.
