NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 23, 2007, The Board of Opticianry, received a petition for waiver or variance from William L. Burger pursuant to Rule 64B12-9.016, Florida Administrative Code, with respect to the two year period to apply for the licensing of an out of state optician.
