PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The District proposes to amend its rules in accordance with the biennial review contemplated by Section 120.74(1), Fla. Stat. The proposed amendments reference updated forms and make minor corrections.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Rule 40E-5.041 is amended to abbreviate UIC since it is abbreviated earlier in the rule chapter, and Rule 40E-5.101 is amended to reference updated Water Use Application forms.
