NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)
City of Marianna
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that an addition to the City of Marianna project involving the construction of approximately 23,600 feet of water distribution mains within the Dogwood Heights Subdivision is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $718,184. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
