    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 18, 2017, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Crystal Nix Dayton, D.C. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B2-13.007(1), F.A.C., which requires that during the first twelve (12) months after initial licensure, practitioners are required to attend one (1) full day at a board meeting at which disciplinary hearings are conducted as provided in subsection 64B2-13.004(8), F.A.C. Petitioner is requesting an extension of that time period to allow her to attend the next regularly scheduled board meeting.
