    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 18, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Peacock Condominiums at 2912 St Johns Avenue, Jacksonville, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 303.3d, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires a manually operated valve shut off which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
