NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 16, 2014, the Agency for Health Care Administration, received a petition for an emergency waiver pursuant to Section 120.542, Florida Statutes, from the petitioner, Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. The petitioner seeks an emergency waiver of Rule 59A-8.007, Florida Administrative Code, to allow its home health agency in Hillsborough County (area 6) to serve a Medicaid pediatric patient in Sarasota County (Area 8).
