GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting regarding proposed Rules 65G-13.001 through 65G-13.003, F.A.C., noticed in the Florida Administrative Register, Vol. 42, No. 69, published on April 8, 2016, regarding the implementation of the provisions of s. 393.066, F.S. This statute authorizes the Agency to adopt rules providing definitions, eligibility criteria, and procedures for the purchase of services provided pursuant to this section for persons with developmental disabilities to allow clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes or communities and to achieve productive lives as close to normal as possible.
