NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 36 No. 42, October 22, 2010 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

This is also a second Notice of Change reflecting changes to the Notice of Change published in Vol. 36, No. 52, December 10, 2010 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly that are responsive to issues raised by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

Only paragraphs (3)(a), and (6)(a) are revised to refer to the fee and expense schedule that will now be incorporated by reference such those paragraphs will read as follows:

Subsections (1) and (2) are not changed substantively as previously published and noted above.

(3)(2)(a) Visitation. Subject to subsection (1), the Mission shall be open to the public during normal operating hours.

(a) Any person Visitors to the Mission may visit, without application or cost other than paid admission per the established fee and expense schedule under subsection (6), the Mission or otherwise use designated areas of the site for picnics and programs during the Mission’s normal operating hours as posted on site.

Paragraphs (3)(b)-(e), and subsections (4) and (5) are not changed substantively as previously published and noted above.

(6) Fees and expenses.

(a) The fee and expense schedule, DOS-DHR#MSL02 (eff. ___/___), herein incorporated by reference, shall be published on the Mission’s website at: www.missionsanluis.org (accessible also through the Division’s website), and posted conspicuously on the Mission’s Visitor’s Center. Any proposed change to the current schedule shall be advertised in the Florida Administrative Weekly, published on the Mission’s website, and posted conspicuously on the Mission’s Visitor Center. A hearing on the schedule shall be held upon request. Any proposed change to the fee schedule shall be approved by the Division before it becomes final. The schedule in effect may be obtained at http://www.missionsanluis.org/, or the Division’s website, or by visiting or writing to the Mission at 2100 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32304.

Paragraphs (6)(b)-(d) are not changed substantively as previously published and noted above.
