INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE
The State Board of Administration of Florida (the “SBA”) has solicited competitive responses from vendors that are interested and qualified to provide real estate and strategic investments consultancy services. The Invitation to Negotiate (the “ITN”) is available as of March 26, 2013, and may be obtained from the SBA’s website at http://www.sbafla.com under “Vendors”. The SBA reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to cancel the above ITN at any time. The SBA announces the following meeting dates, times and locations with respect to this ITN. A meeting will be held on April 25, 2013, to discuss the responses received, and to designate short-listed respondents for interviews (if necessary), and further consideration. A meeting will be held on May 14, 2013, to select a vendor to provide real estate and strategic investments consultancy services. The above mentioned meetings are open to the public and shall take place at the times and location shown below.
TIME: Unless otherwise provided on the SBA's website, all meetings shall begin at 9:00 a.m. (EST) and continue until the meeting is concluded. The actual meeting dates and times will be posted on the SBA’s website at http://www.sbafla.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
LOCATION: The meetings shall take place in the Hermitage Room (1st Floor), 1801 Hermitage Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
Any changes to the above meeting dates and/or times (including the cancellation of any meeting) will be posted on the SBA’s website at http://www.sbafla.com at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
