NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 20, 2015, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for waiver from Peterborough 2, LTD, requesting a waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(8)(f), F.A.C., to allow a change in the Development Category listed in the Non-Competitive Application of “Acquisition/Preservation” to match what is stated within the Competitive Application of “Acquisition/Rehabilitation”.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
