NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 27, 2015, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a petition for declaratory statement from Richard Santelli. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.103(7), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding clarification of Section 489.103(7), Florida Statutes, as to whether general site work, not related to construction of a building, is included in the building cost under this statute. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
