NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Bill.com LLC. on January 9, 2020. The following is a summary of the agency's declination of the petition: On April 21 2020, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued an Order Denying Petition for Declaratory Statement. The Petition filed by Bill.com, LLC is DENIED. A declaratory statement is not available to Petitioner at this time because the Petition fails to provide any proposed business activities by Petitioner, the Office is unable to determine whether any such activities would require licensure under chapter 560, Florida Statutes. Any further analysis regarding the Petition is unnecessary, and the Office therefore makes no determination regarding the merits of Petitioner's arguments relating to this issue. ******The original petition was published January 14, 2020 in the Florida Administrative Register Volume 46, Number 09.
