NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 19, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.0072(26) Florida Administrative Code (6/23/2020) from Silver Lakes Village VOA Affordable Housing, LP for a second waiver and extend the loan closing deadline six months (i.e., through and including October 30, 2024).
