    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 05, 2010, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for a Routine Variance for Paragraph 4-301.11, 2001 FDA Food Code, subsection 61C-4.010(5), F.A.C., from Ramp Raw Bar located in Ft. Pierce, FL. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that a food service establishment provide equipment to maintain potentially hazardous food at proper temperatures.
