It has been assigned the case number DEO-13-036. RULE NUMBER AND NATURE OF RULE FROM WHICH VARIANCE OR WAIVER IS SOUGHT: Rule 73C-23.0041(1)(c), F.A.C. Requesting a waiver of the $750,000 cap on CDBG grants which has been removed by statutory amendment. The rule has not been amended to reflect the change.
