PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed rule will be to revise Form DBPR PMW-3640, Cardroom Monthly Remittance Report, to ensure that all aspects of the form provide the necessary level of clarity for operators and provide the public confidence in the integrity of authorized cardroom operations.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Form DBPR PMW-3640, Cardroom Monthly Remittance Report, is being incorporated by reference in the rule and is being amended to include add-ons and re-buys for tournament play.
