    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 16, 2014, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Peter J. Molodecki, Jr. The petitioner is seeking a permanent variance or waiver of Rule 61G4-15.006, F.A.C., which requires as grounds for approval of an application to qualify a business entity that there not be any unsatisfied judgments or liens against the business entity which the applicant previously qualified as a primary qualifier.
