    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendment requires the consumer laminate and display their license until the license is inactive.
    SUMMARY: The proposed rule amendment imposes penalties on licensees who do not laminate their licenses accordance with Rule 61G3-19.009, F.A.C.
    SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: A Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs has been prepared. The Board determined the proposed change to the rule is not expected to have an impact on small businesses, unless a citation is issued for non-compliance.
    Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
    SPECIFIC AUTHORITY: 476.064(4) FS.
    LAW IMPLEMENTED: 455.225(3) FS.
