NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 09, 2009, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 11B-27.002(3)(a)2., F.A.C., from Brian Gordon and the Riviera Beach Police Department.
