NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 9, 2013, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for Tasha A. Hibbert, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B19-11.001(4)(b), Florida Administrative Code, which states that a passing score on the Florida laws and rules examination shall cease to be valid eighteen (18) months after the Board's letter to the applicant advising that the applicant has passed the Florida laws and rules examination.
