NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 11, 2014, the Board of Massage Therapy, received a petition for Gloria Coppola, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B7-24.004(6), Florida Administrative Code, requiring completion of a current curriculum course from a Board approved school covering the Florida Statutes and rules related to massage therapy, or any other subsection that would require the petitioner to attain additional education requirements for licensure as a massage therapist.
