    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 22, 2015, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore. Petitioner seeks a temporary variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), F.A.C., that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 14 days of the publication of this notice with Michelle Comingore, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2015-101).
