The Notice of Petition was published in Vol. 44 No. 44 of the March 5, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. At the meeting held on April 5, 2018, in Orlando, Florida, the Board accepted the Petitioner’s ore tenus withdrawal of the Petition. The Board’s Order was filed on April 12, 2018.
