FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)
ST. JOHNS COUNTY
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that St. Johns County’s project involving expansion and upgrading of Northwest and Northeast water treatment plants is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated cost of the project is $10,500,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
