NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St. Johns River Water Management District has received a petition for declaratory statement from Francis J. Goss.  The Petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 62-340, F.A.C., and Sections 373.421 and 373.4211, F.S., to a surface waterbody abutting Petitioner’s leased property.
