NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Utilities, Inc. of Florida in Docket No. 20200139-WS Application for increase in water and wastewater rates in Charlotte, Highlands, Lake, Lee, Marion, Orange, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Seminole Counties, by Utilities, Inc. of Florida, filed April 21, 2020, seeking waiver from subsection 25-30.437(3), Florida Administrative Code. The portion of the rule from which the utility is requesting a waiver addresses the requirement to provide additional detailed billing analyses for each rate change period in the test year. A copy of the petition can be obtained from the Office of Commission Clerk.
