The Department of Environmental Protection announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department received a request to conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the above refenced rule that were published in the Florida Administrative Register on March 29, 2024. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for affected persons to present evidence and argument on the proposed amendments under consideration. The public hearing will not adjudicate rights and will not be adversarial in nature.

Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status.
