NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on March 27, 2008, the Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems, received a petition for a variance, pursuant to section 120.542, Florida Statutes, and Rule 28-104, F.A.C., from subsections 62B-33.002(18), (19), F.A.C., which defines “eligible structures” and “emergency protection”, and from subparagraph 62B-33.0051(1)(a)1., F.A.C., which provides the conditions where construction of armoring shall be authorized.
