Notice is hereby given that the Board of Nursing has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Carolann Robley, on January 22, 2014. The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to whether ARNPs can legally order narcotics for patients they treat in the hospital with written protocols from the attending physician.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
