    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from William J. Cochran, Unit Owner, In Re: Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2016016438, filed on April 15, 2016. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.110(1)(a), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether Section 718.110(1)(a), Florida Statutes, requires a two-thirds or four-fifths affirmative vote is required for approval of a proposed amendment to the declaration of condominium for Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominium Association, Inc.
