Emergency Action
On April 24, 2017, the State Surgeon General issued an Emergency Suspension Order with regard to the licenses of Grant B. Satterlee, R.Ph., C.Ph., License numbers PS 22529 and PU 3195. This Emergency Suspension Order was predicated upon the State Surgeon General’s findings of an immediate and serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare pursuant to Sections 456.073(8) and 120.60(6) Florida Statutes (2016). The State Surgeon General determined that this summary procedure was fair under the circumstances, in that there was no other method available to adequately protect the public.
