    FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)

    CITY OF LAKE WORTH

     

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Worth’s project of installation of about 2.8 miles of water distribution pipe in the Lake Osborne Estates Phase 1 area is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated project cost is $3.6 million. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water SRF loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
