Committee Meetings: Purpose –

• Regular quarterly business meetings of the Operations, Damage Prevention, Legislative Ad-Hoc, Finance and Executive Committees beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Lunch provided at the call center for meeting participants and Sunshine 811 employees beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Annual, Committee and Board of Directors Meetings, Thursday, May 16, 2019, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Annual Meeting: Purpose –

• Review and vote on proposed Bylaws amendment to delete term limits for elected Board Officers and Committee Chairpersons;

• Annual election of Directors.

Committee Meetings: Purpose – may reconvene to conduct unfinished business if necessary.

Board of Directors Meeting: Purpose –

• Regular quarterly business meeting;

• Committee reports and presentation of motions to the Board of Directors;

• Annual election of Board Officers and Committee Chairpersons;

• Appointment and confirmation of Committee members.

Lunch provided at the call center for meeting participants and Sunshine 811 employees

beginning at 12:00 Noon.
