NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-053 on April 22, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Oak Ridge Maintenance and Property Owners’ Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order approved the application for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
