NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Pharmacy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Columbia Plantation General Hospital Pharmacy filed on March 17, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B16-27.797, F.A.C., for the proper beyond use date to be assigned to 3ml size injection unit dose containers for storage in anesthesia trays outside a refrigerator, as it applies to the petitioner.
