Notice is hereby given that sealed RFPs for Long-Term Categorical Food Processing with USDA Contracted Vendors, on behalf of the POWER Plus Group (10 School Districts), will be received and publicly opened thereafter at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, District School Board of Pasco County, 20430 Gator Lane, Land O’Lakes, Florida 34638 on or until May 2, 2012, 2:30 p.m. (Local Time) (Pasco County). Bids will be accepted and opened in accordance with Section 119.071, F.S., on May 2, 2012 if date/time stamped 2:30 p.m., (Local Time) (Pasco County), or earlier; date/time stamps of 2:30:01 p.m., (Local Time) (Pasco County), or later will be rejected.

The District School Board of Pasco County reserves the right to waive minor formalities in any proposal, to accept any proposal which they consider to be in the best public interest, and to reject any part of, or any and all proposals. Award will be made to the highest scoring, responsive and responsible proposer, in the opinion and at the option of the District School Board of Pasco County. Their decision shall be final and conclusive.
