    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters, and a budget amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year 2011-2012 budget. The proposed budget amendment of $528,000 increases the Aquatic Plant Special Revenue Fund to recognize revenue from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for invasive vegetation control activities within the District. The total appropriations of the Aquatic Plant Special Revenue Fund is proposed to be $2,411,688.
