The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX” or “Authority”), requires the services of a firm (“Proposer or Consultant”) with the necessary qualifications, expertise and resources to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) Services for Construction Services for SR 836 Interchange Modifications at 87th Avenue.
