The City of Pompano Beach, Florida, gives notice of proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in public rights-of-way.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The proposed ordinance amends the City of Pompano Beach City Code of Ordinances provisions regulating telecommunications facilities to be in compliance with the new state statute with respect to installation of wireless service facilities in the public rights-of-way.
