14-15.0081: Toll Facilities Description and Toll Rate Schedule
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this notice of rulemaking is to allow the public an opportunity to provide input to changes in the Toll Facilities Description and Toll Rate Schedule required by the construction of the Sand Lake Road/Floridas Turnpike interchange. Section 338.155(1), Florida Statutes, does not permit the use of the States toll facilities without paying a toll.
SUMMARY: The toll rate public hearing is being held to allow the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed toll rate schedule for the Florida Department of Transportations construction of a SunPass-Only interchange at Sand Lake Road and Floridas Turnpike interchange. The project is located in Orange County. Tolls are proposed to be collected from vehicles accessing to and from the northbound direction. This new interchange is located at Milepost 257 and is approximately 21 miles north of the Three Lakes Toll Plaza. This public hearing is being held in conjunction with a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) public hearing for an interchange project, Financial Project Identification 407143-3. A rule development workshop was not requested for this project.
SUMMARY OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
