The Office of Insurance Regulation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: May 10, 2006. The first hearing session starts at 12:00 p.m. (noon) and the second hearing session starts at 6:00 p.m.

The requested rate increase was not uniform and some areas are subject to a higher rate increase. Florida law allows the Office of Insurance Regulation to hold a public hearing for any purpose within the scope of the Insurance Code deemed to be necessary.
