PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 62-40.530, F.A.C., is to provide for the Department review of water management district annual strategic plans.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule amendment requires that the water management districts submit their strategic plans to the Department for review.

The workshop will also be broadcast via webinar where comments will be accepted.
