PROJECT: Seminole State College Loop Road/ADA Parking

Subcontractor bids are being solicited by Wharton-Smith, Inc., the Construction Manager for Seminole State College. The work includes roadway, parking lot and miscellaneous interior work. Site work includes new loop roadway with related storm water, sidewalk, gravity wall, curb and markings at the Oviedo Campus, seal coating and markings at Oviedo, Heathrow, Altamonte and Sanford/Lake Mary (13 parking lots), milling, island reconfiguration, resurfacing and markings at Sanford/Lake Mary (2 parking lots) and pothole repair and speed tables at Sanford/Lake Mary and Geneva. Interior work includes masonry, casework modification, handrail, drywall and metal studs, transaction window, mini blind, ceramic tile, paint, toilet partition and plumbing work at Altamonte, Oviedo and Sanford/Lake Mary.
