NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Dentistry has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jans Gandul-Cabrera, D.D.S., filed on April 25, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 466.006(3), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks a Declaratory Statement from the Board with regard to Section 466.006(3), Florida Statutes, regarding whether the two-year dental program petitioner is in the process of completing complies with section 466.006(3), F.S.
