SUMMARY: This emergency rule describes the Spring 2017 GROUPER® Promotion that will begin on May 1, 2017, and continue through June 25, 2017.

THE FULL TEXT OF THE EMERGENCY RULE IS:

 

53ER17-24 Spring 2017 GROUPER® Promotion.

(1) Beginning May 1, 2017, and continuing through June 25, 2017, the Florida Lottery will conduct the Spring 2017 GROUPER® Promotion. During the promotion period, players must ask a Florida Lottery retailer for a “GROUPER” play to receive four Quick Pick tickets for $5.00 (a $6.00 value), except as provided in subsection (3) below. A GROUPER play is comprised of one ticket of each of the following four Draw games (also known as online games):

(a) $1 PICK 2™ 1-OFF®;

(b) $2 FLORIDA LOTTO® with XTRA;

(c) $2 FANTASY 5® with EZmatch™; and

(d) FREE $1 LUCKY MONEY™.

(2) The tickets in a GROUPER play will be for the next available drawing and cannot be player-selected or canceled. 

(3) If the Quick Pick numbers selected for the PICK 2 game have been cut off for the day due to the game’s liability limit being reached, the PICK 2 ticket will not print. In such instance, the player’s purchase price will be automatically adjusted and the player will receive the remaining GROUPER tickets, including the promotional FREE $1 LUCKY MONEY ticket.
